Trio was founded in 1991 as an independent marketing research agency specialized in consumer behaviour research. With the changing market structure in the early 2000's, Trio focused on providing information on companies' performance management systems. Using this expertise, Trio started to conduct only service quality monitoring and mystery shopping projects as of 2007.
