Jan Willem is the Co-Founder/ MD Asia for AQ Services International and VP to the International Mystery Shopping Alliance (www.theimsa.com). He relocated from The Netherlands to Singapore in 2005 with his wife, Stephanie, where little Noa was born. In 2008 they moved to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where he now heads AQ`s teams and offices in the region. Malaysia also functions as the Operational Headquarters which services AQ`s offices in the United Kingdom and the rest of Asia. Jan has been living and breathing mystery shopping for over 10 years now.
