Richard Canneman is Managing Director of AQ Services International Japan / Korea. Richard's background is in the IT industry, as he founded QLT a multimedia company in The Netherlands in 1999. Due to profound interest in adventure and challenges he moved to Tokyo, Japan in 2004 to help AQ Services enroll in Asia and specifically in Korea and Japan. In addition to his responsibilities, his skills are utilized to improve and automate mystery shopping related processes. His current habitat is the perfect place to keep up to date with technologies and gadgets.
