Personal Story
Jurgita Adomaityte since 2003 has started her customer service improvement specialist path which she became very passionate about and still is – “when business creates added-value to companies, communities and countries – this is what I find fulfilling” she says.
In 2004 she was a pioneer and founded the first specialized Mystery Shopping agency SPECT in Lithuania. In 2007 SPECT has merged with Estonian competitor DIVE. Currently she is a partner and CEO of DIVE Group. DIVE Group was established in 2003 and now is a Mystery Shopping market leader in the region and has operations in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
With over 6 years of Mystery Shopping experience Jurgita became main Mystery Shopping and customer service quality management specialist. She writes articles and participates in annual Customer Service conferences as a speaker, moderator and content producer. Jurgita was the editor of the first manual book for managers about customer service management written in Lithuanian language.
Since 2007 Jurgita was Education Director in MSPA Europe Board, in 2009 she has undertaken new Network Liaison Director position. She is one of the establishing group members of Lithuanian Customer Service Association (AKA).
Jurgita has a Masters Degree in International Communication sciences (Vilnius University) and 2 years of experience of lecturing this field in University. Besides her professional activities Jurgita is a dancer (she danced since 6 years old), now she is a member of her new passion - Salsa – club, she is practicing kite boarding (extreme water/wind sport), also she loves snowboarding, traveling and driving a car!
