François is the founder of DMS and President of the IMSA. He is fond of waterskiing and windsurfing. He stated his career in windsurfing activities with Mistral. François worked as sales&marketing manager in the automotive department of 3M and was in charge of business development for Publicis. The he decided to start his own business, Léauté-Danet Associés, his own marketing and communication agency. Finally he founded DMS. François Léauté is 53 years old and the proud father of 4 children, a dog and a horse.
